To maintain material value and protect sovereign rights, we enforce clear boundaries for all Smart Knowledge Blocks:
Accessible Scope (For Authorized Partners): Conceptual frameworks, integration interfaces, application blueprints, and operational datasets.
Protected Core (Sovereign IP): Foundational physics models, mathematical formulas, embedded source logic, and trade secrets remain strictly closed and non-accessible.
No Sub-Licensing or Redistribution: Partners are strictly prohibited from transferring, republishing, selling, or sub-licensing any Knowledge Block or part thereof to third parties.
Confined Operational Scope: Usage rights are strictly restricted to the agreed project scope. Any broader market expansion requires a separate license or a full M&A acquisition of the underlying asset.
Prohibition of Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying physics or embedded logic is legally prohibited.
Absolute Ownership: All patents, trade secrets, and Knowledge Blocks remain the exclusive, sovereign property of AL Open Sky Holding.
Operational Boundary: AL Open Sky Solutions provides foundational engineering cores and architectural guidance. Full liability for field execution, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes rests solely with the partner.
